On January 27, 2020, Brand Keys will release its 25th annual Customer Loyalty Engagement Index, assessing 85 categories & 833 brands.
For 2020 we talked to 62,474 consumers, 16 to 65 years of age, from the 9 U.S. Census Regions, on the phone, online & in-person. They self-selected categories in which they are consumers & brands for which they are customers.
We used our independently-validated methodology – a combination of psychological inquiry & some really ingenious higher-order statistical analyses – that fuses emotional & rational category aspects & customer expectations to identify 21st century loyalty assessments that correlate very (very) highly with behavior & your bottom line!
This year we merged our metrics with a new, best-in-class platform – Media GPS analytics –combining actual brand communication consumption with emotional engagement, making these loyalty assessments the most accurate anywhere in the marketing world.
