Brand Keys is set to release our database of predictive brand loyalty metrics in January 2022. All 4.3 million of them.

After 25 years conducting the annual Customer Loyalty and Engagement Index, it seemed an apt time to allow brands access to where brand loyalty has come from and, more importantly, where it’s going.

It works out to 219,000 hours of consumer interviews – 4.3 million consumer evaluations including loyalty and engagement analytics for 1,624 brands in 142 categories, assessments independently-validated that correlate highly (0.80+) with positive, in-market consumer behavior. Our first Loyalty Index was conducted in 1997 and assessments have been conducted annually ever since. A total of 219,000 hours of consumer interviews.
