But it could be because this is the time each year Brand Keys releases the results of its annual Most Innovative Tech Brands survey.
This is our 7th year conducting the survey, and this year we’ve identified some loyalty paradigm shifts that will have a number of outcomes that will affect brand perceptions, market behaviors, and bottom lines.
