Customers Council will announce the results of the 1st Annual Korean Customer Loyalty Engagement Index in Seoul and Robert Passikoff will give Keynote Address.

Pre-conference Meeting and Signing Ceremony

Customers Council, based in Seoul, Korea introduced the Korean Customer Loyalty Engagement Index based on the Brand Keys model to executives and brand representatives of many Korean brands. Dr. Robert Passikoff was Guest Speaker.

Advertising Research Foundation’s “How Advertising Works Ground Truth Study”

Brand Keys was a participant and partner in the ARF Study, with its research on Cross-Platform ROI for CPG product categories. The results of Brand Keys research was included in ARF presentations at various events in First Quarter, 2016.
